The Site is owned and operated by Gueddi Said, doing business as CuddlyKid, a sole proprietorship based at 2900 Kemp Blvd, Wichita Falls, TX 76308 ("CuddlyKid," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About CuddlyKid
CuddlyKid is an independent, sole-proprietor online retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Nuna, Mima, UPPAbaby, Bugaboo, or any other manufacturer whose products we sell. Any brand names, logos, and trademarks on this Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify genuine products we offer for sale.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by anyone else. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s permission, to place an order.
3. Products and Pricing
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Occasionally an error may occur; if we discover a pricing or listing error on an unfulfilled order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuddlyKid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
