CuddlyKid started with a simple frustration: buying baby gear online usually means wading through marketplaces stuffed with knockoffs, confusing listings, and sellers you can’t actually reach if something goes wrong. I wanted to build something smaller and more honest — a store run by one person, who actually knows the products, and who answers the phone.
I’m Gueddi Said, and I run CuddlyKid myself out of Wichita Falls, Texas. This isn’t a big-box operation or a corporate storefront — it’s an independent, sole-proprietor retail business. I select every brand we carry, I stand behind every order, and if you email support@cuddlykid.us, you’re reaching me or someone on my small team directly, not a call center script.
What we carry
CuddlyKid focuses on a tight, carefully chosen range of gear for the categories that matter most in a baby’s first few years: strollers, car seats, high chairs, and nursery essentials like bassinets and play yards. Rather than trying to sell everything, we carry proven products from brands parents already research and trust — Nuna, Mima, UPPAbaby, and Bugaboo — so you can shop by the category you need without second-guessing the quality behind it.
An independent retailer
CuddlyKid is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Nuna, Mima, UPPAbaby, Bugaboo, or any other manufacturer whose products we sell. We purchase and resell genuine, brand-name products, but we are a separate business from these manufacturers. All product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we carry.
How we operate
Every order ships at a flat $19 rate, no matter the cart size, and leaves our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days, arriving 3–6 business days after that. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery and process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the return. All payments are handled securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
