Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and returned to your original Stripe payment method.

Are your products authentic and new?
Yes. Every item we sell is a genuine, new, brand-name product — we do not sell used, refurbished, or counterfeit goods.
Is CuddlyKid affiliated with Nuna, Mima, UPPAbaby, or Bugaboo?
No. CuddlyKid is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Nuna, Mima, UPPAbaby, Bugaboo, or any other brand we sell. We purchase and resell genuine products from these brands, but we are a separate business.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, a secure, PCI-compliant payment processor.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — CuddlyKid never sees or stores your full card number.
