There are two ways to check the status of your order:
1. Look up your order below
Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email) and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Check My Account
If you created an account at checkout, you can see the full status and history of every order by logging into My Account and viewing the Orders tab.
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–6 business days after that. If it’s been longer than 8 business days since you ordered and you haven’t received a shipping update, contact us at support@cuddlykid.us or +1 830 313 9996 and we’ll look into it right away.
