Here’s how payment works when you shop at CuddlyKid.
Accepted payment method
CuddlyKid accepts payment exclusively through Stripe, which supports all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). We do not currently accept PayPal, checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.
Currency
All prices on this Site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Security
Payment security is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Your card number and billing details are encrypted and sent directly to Stripe; CuddlyKid never sees or stores your full card information.
When you’re charged
Your card is charged at the time you place your order, not when it ships. If we’re unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you complete payment.
Declined or failed payments
If a payment is declined, double-check your card details and available balance, or try an alternate card. If the issue persists, contact your card issuer or reach out to us at support@cuddlykid.us and we’ll help however we can.
