We keep shipping simple: one flat rate, clear timelines, no surprises at checkout.
Shipping rate
Every order ships for a flat rate of $19, regardless of order size or destination within the contiguous United States. There is currently no free-shipping threshold — the $19 rate applies to every order.
Handling time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Transit time
Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 3–6 business days. Total time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–8 business days (handling plus transit).
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can also check order status any time on our Track Order page or from your My Account order history.
Shipping address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order, and we’re not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, email support@cuddlykid.us right away and we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
